Rejection is probably one of life’s worst experiences. It can feel like a slap in the face, rendering you exhausted and demotivated. We are not immune to rejections but what differs is how people handle them. Are you a person who can deftly handle rejections to your advantage or does it creep up in life and choke you?
Rejections have the potential to rebuild us, if processed in the right way. Allow rejections to be constructive, not destructive. There is no point in fear and isolation. Instead, use every opportunity and keep going. One day at a time, try to take a step, for great things are waiting ahead. Dr. Seuss puts it wonderfully – “You’ll miss the best things if you keep your eyes shut.”
