• The three categories are: Articles, Poems and Drawings/Paintings/Sketches which are creative and inspirational.
• The participants should be of 13 years and above.
• Each participant is allowed only one entry per category.
• Each entry must be the original work of the author.  If any data is taken from an external source, it should be clearly cited.
• Each entry must be a previously unpublished work of the participant.
• The right to permit or restrict participation is at the sole discretion of the organizer.

Theme: Write inspirational or creative articles that fall under the theme for this month.

• The article should be written in English.
• Word limit: 1000 – 1200 words
• Handwritten entries will not be accepted. The article should be typed and uploaded as a PDF or Word Document (.pdf or .doc or .docx). 
• The article should be written in a simple and easy to read manner, with coherence to the theme given.
• The article should be structured well with an introduction, body and conclusion.
• The entries will be evaluated based on its coherence to the theme, originality, structure, and creativity of its presentation.

Theme: Write poems that fall under the theme for this month.

• The poem should be in the English language.
• Handwritten entries will not be accepted. The poem should be typed and uploaded as a PDF or Word Document (.pdf or .doc or .docx). 
• Word limit: 200 – 250 words
• The entries will be evaluated based on its coherence to the theme, originality,  creativity, and use of language.

Theme: Entries that fall under the theme for this month.

• The entry can be a pencil sketch, drawing or a painting.
• Entries should be made on paper/ canvas.
• A good quality photograph / scan of the entry should be uploaded in any if the following formats: .jpeg or .png
• The entries will be evaluated based on its originality, creativity, and coherence to the theme
• Digitally created entries will not be accepted.

An individual applicant participating in iOpener.Today (“Organizer”) InGenious (“the competition”) shall be referred to as a “Participant”. By registering to participate in the competition, the Participant/s acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

• Each Participant shall submit only one entry per category. The organizer in its sole discretion may disqualify any/all entries by the same participant who participates/attempts to participate in the same category through multiple entries.
• Participation in the competition is free and no registration fees will be charged before or after the competition.
• Each participant should register for the competition on the link provided to register and upload entries. Incomplete, false, erroneous, fraudulent, forged, duplicate and tampered information will not be accepted and participants submitting such information will be disqualified.
• Competition entries will be judged by a Judging Panel.
• The Judging Panel shall select the winning entry/entries for the competition within its sole and exclusive discretion. The decision will be communicated to the participants
• All intellectual property rights vesting in the entries shall vest exclusively with iOpener.Today.
• All entries for the competition shall be considered as iOpener.Today Confidential Information until the winners are declared for the respective categories.
• If and when a participant is declared a winner in any of the categories, the participants must acknowledge and agree, in consideration of entering this competition, that all intellectual property rights in the entries submitted by such participants shall vest exclusively with iOpener.Today.
• The winning participants shall be given the prizes only on presenting proof of age.
• The participant may be disqualified on grounds that include, but are not limited to, unlawful, obscene, or inappropriate actions, fraud, dishonesty, misappropriation or infringement of the intellectual property of others and/or any failure to comply with the competition Terms and Conditions.
• The participant acknowledges that data transmission over the Internet or any data storage system is not completely secure. Organizer does not take responsibility for the security of content and subsequent use of the content submitted by participants through the competition.
• The participant shall indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from and against any third-party claims arising from any act committed by any Participant during the competition.
• The participant hereby agrees to comply with all copyright laws worldwide in the use of InGenious and to prevent any unauthorized copying of the contents. Organizer does not grant any express or implied rights under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret information.
• The participant agrees to participate in the competition in accordance with the applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies of the Organizer.
• The participant shall not in any manner reveal confidential or proprietary information of any third party.
• The participant shall acknowledge that the Organizer may, at its sole discretion, monitor, remove or edit any content that the participant may contribute. The Organizer may also pursue remedies available to it under law for any violation of these terms and conditions.
• The Organizer reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time on its discretion. Your continued use or access to InGenious after the posting of any amended terms and conditions shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes.
• The Participant understands that InGenious is an online competition conducted by the Organizer. Details pertaining to the manner in which the competition will be conducted, and specificities of the competition, dates and other details are published on the website, which each Participant is aware of. The terms and conditions here along with the competition details shared with participants constitute the terms and conditions for the competition

By registering for InGenious, I declare that:

• I am the original author of the Submission and any associated form of Intellectual Property Rights therein. Submission would include any information or material created, developed, or submitted as a participant during the competition.
• I hereby unconditionally and without any restriction, agree to grant iOpener.Today, its affiliates, and its subsidiaries all rights, title, and interest in and to the Submission including all Intellectual Property Rights and moral rights to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, distribute, publicly perform, create a derivative Submission from, and publicly display the Submission.
• No confidential information or unauthorized usage of any source code, documentation, data points, or any other information relating to any third party is used or included in my Submission. If I use any third-party material or open-source edition, I will comply with the associate license and furnish related complete and accurate information & details to the competition organizer.
• I shall indemnify and hold iOpener.Today harmless from and against any third-party claims arising from my act of submission committed during the ‘InGenious’ competition.

By registering for InGenious, I acknowledge and agree, in consideration of entering this competition, that:

(a) I will not submit the same submission in any other competition, or similar competition organized by any third party, and

(b) All intellectual property rights in the entry submitted by the participant shall vest exclusively with iOpener.Today, and

(c) I have read and understood the terms, and I understand that any non-adherence to the above could lead to strict legal action including immediate disqualification from the ‘InGenious’ competition and blacklisting from any future event/competitions held by iOpener.Today

Personal Data elements: For InGenious competition, iOpener.Today will collect following personal data:

• Full Name, Email ID, Whatsapp Number, Gender, Country
• For Winners – Aadhar card (or other age ID proofs) for proof of age.
• For Winners – A soft copy of their photograph (jpg or png) which can be published along with the article

Purpose of processing: Your personal data will be processed for below mentioned purposes:

• For registration to participate in InGenious.
• To display your details (such as name and country) on the platform if you win.
