The light fall of a fresh snowflake,
Everlasting music that none can break.
Hear the babbling of the brook,
Or the flipping pages of a book,
The ominous echoes in the nook,
Or even from the overlook.
Take a look at the world around,
The guitar’s tuned strings, securely wound,
Famous, old, or newly found,
Let’s embrace the wondrous sound.
It might be the piano’s solemn songs,
Or the strumming of the strings long,
Or the drums, loud and strong,
Hear the cheerful tunes fly along!
It all brings every word to life,
Accompanies you in times of strife,
You don’t have to look for a flute or fife,
Music’s everywhere, beautiful and rife.

The patter of raindrops on the ground,
